Fantastic florists w/ warm & caring hearts ❤️. Was in the neighborhood & looking for white bereavement flowers that I could potentially drop off on my family member’s doorstep (to be respectful of their mourning period since I wanted to be supportive w/o accidentally coming off as intrusive) and Amy (I truly apologize in advance if I misremembered the lovely female team member’s name) went above and beyond to help me find flowers & protective wrapping/box/ribbon what would fit my needs. I also deeply appreciate her sharp eye for details & her caring manner during a difficult time. I count myself lucky to have found Paul Robertson Floral Design & would highly recommend them. Plus (although I only bought potted orchids this time), their flower selection is really just top notch in terms of freshness & selection available! They have lots of potted healthy orchids & dried flower bouquets too. Also an assortment of mini vases & pottery made by local artisans and potted non-flowering plants too.

Above and beyond!  I ordered a birthday arrangement for my dear friend this week and while it was lovely, it didn't have any tropical blooms in it that I had requested.  I emailed their shop yesterday to give a heads up that although my friend loved the bouquet, I was disappointed that it didn't have any tropicals as I had requested.

The owner responded to me soon after saying that he appreciated my feedback and that the arrangement they sent was not up to the standard that they aim for.  To my surprise, they delivered another gorgeous floral arrangement to her today (see attached photo) with a note apologizing for the previous arrangement not meeting their standard and to enjoy these.

This is a small business that truly cares about what they put out there and blew my expectations out of the water!  I will be ordering from them for all my flower needs going forward.

Amazing service and beautiful designs.  I dropped in to get an arrangement for a birthday. All I said was the person likes roses and they created a beautiful bouquet. Several people complimented it as I walked down the street.  Absolutely fabulous.

This place has the most beautiful and fresh flowers. Great customer service!

I wanted a bouquet for a friend’s birthday - I picked the main flower, gave them a budget and they consulted me on completing the bouquet with a few stems of other colors & greeneries. And they assembled it very nicely.

Paul Robertson Floral Design is probably one of the top five florists in the city. The flowers are fresh, colorful, and handled with the utmost care. They go out of their way to make a nice presentation no matter how big or small the arrangement. The new 14 Clement St location is bigger, brighter, and cleaner.
