Krista & Nicholas, St. Francis Yacht Club

The Saint Francis Yacht Club has some of the most breathtaking views of any wedding venue in the city. Through its giant windows, the sun sets in the golden gate, and fog pours dramatically over the Headlands onto the beautiful bay. When Krista explained that she wanted to work touches of blue into her gardeny pink and white centerpieces, it made perfect sense. We created lush designs with pink and white peonies, delicate mock-orange, and picked up the blue of the setting with touches of bachelor buttons and forget-me-nots. Lori Paladino Photography captured the highlights beautifully.

  • “Paul Robertson designed the flowers for my May 2013 wedding. This was one of the best decisions I made during the entire wedding planning process. Wedding flowers were extremely important to me. I had high expectations, and Paul exceeded them by a huge margin. When I met with Paul, I showed him specific photos of what I thought I wanted. He was a preferred vendor at my wedding venue, so he was very helpful at suggesting not only additional arrangements, but also ways of moving flowers from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception to keep the budget in check. Paul also designed the table centerpieces, aisle pomanders, and a few arrangements that suited the venue. All consistently gorgeous. Every guest gushed about the gorgeous flowers and the lucky ones took some home. Paul doesn't have a retail store front, so you won't find him cranking out cliche bouquets. He has a real studio where he is actually designing!”

  • “Paul’s work absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was calm and focused to work with, and he really listened to what I envisioned for the day. His floral designs for my wedding succeeded in bringing together the look and feel of the event — they were detailed, but not over-produced, and they were truly a reflection of my taste and style. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.”
